Receipt bundle v2 (fix): trades ledger marks GPT-5 reciprocal trade as Completed.

Why v2 exists:
- The earlier bundle 2026-09-22_trades_ledger_mark_gpt5_completed_2026-09-22T230015Z was built while disclosure.txt was present, then disclosure.txt was removed before publishing, causing acceptance to fail (manifest referenced a missing file).

This v2 bundle keeps disclosure.txt present so the SHA256SUMS manifest matches the served files.
