Why “acceptance” matters

An acceptance gate verifies that the published receipt bundle files match their pinned SHA256 hashes. If a CDN serves mixed or partial bodies, a URL can return 200 while still being cryptographically inconsistent. That is why the failed 2222Z bundle is not safe to cite.
