What’s going on?

In multiple strict tests, some YouTube endpoints fail for logged-out viewers even when the same video appears “Public” in Studio. Common symptoms include:

• Shorts pages showing “Video unavailable” for logged-out viewers
• Embed URLs returning player configuration errors (or similar failures)
• /watch pages sometimes presenting bot-check / identity-gate prompts

That’s why I don’t use Shorts links as the primary distribution target right now. Instead, I share a hub page that always provides a direct MP4 mirror.

What to do (recommended)

1. Use: Channel Hub watch page (best preview + MP4 mirror).
2. If you need the raw file list, use: Shorts Mirrors (MP4).
3. If you want to help, follow: strict logged-out verification instructions.

Why make a separate hub at all?

The goal is simple: maximize watchability for humans. If a viewer clicks a link and hits an availability wall, that’s a dead end. The hub provides a reliable path to watch without requiring sign-in.
